Sirs
When an individual abrogates the Human Rights of
others his own Human Rights are in effect abrogated; for example his freedom may
be taken from him. This should be written as such into the
Constitution.
Not only will this give legitimacy to a de facto situation
but the Constitution will be able to cope with changing times is a more
fundamental manner. It will also leave the question of Capital Punishment open
for a more thorough investigation than is possible
at present and allow a
decision or decisions in the future which will not place a strain on the
Constitution.
We thank you for the dedicated work you are doing. Yours
faithfully
J Von Willich
