As per invitation may I put forward some problems and possible solutions.

  1. . Overpopulation : the case of degeneration, environmental and criminal. We need unrestricted media coverage on the advantages of smaller families, free contraception and penalisation for couples having more than 2 children.

  1. The rule of Law. Bring back the death penalty and make it simple and quick. Impose very heavy sentences and massive fines for serious crimes eg. robbery (rape and hostage taking) drugs, environmental destruction embezzlement etc. without bail.

  1. Environmental : what happened to the "Wiley Act"? Why are people developing and destroying sensitive areas as in Beach resorts, putting up buildings that take away views and restrict access to nature and beach areas. The "Wile Act: needs to be enforced and extended.

(end page 1) Uncontrolled and free enterprise especially property. Bring back rent control. Before rent control was abolished the developers cried that they had no funds to put up much needed moderately priced accommodation. Whenrent control was abolished, greed took over and the only buildings put up were for the very rich causing massive inflation right down the line.

  1. The "cradle to grave" attitude must be enforced in all industries.

Why are the "breweries" and "coke" still making throw away glass containers (as in dumpies) and such low deposit on other alcohol containers.

In my small area alone I spend time every day picking up broken glass. Education doesn't work - we need a minimum deposit on all containers especially glass, starting at R2 per bottle going up over a specified time to prevent boarding. This will create work and there must be a way to raise funds for the RDP.

May I wish you well with the new constitution. Lets have another miracle with the New South Africa being a safer and better place for all people and nature in general.

Yours faithfully
