MR J BANDA

As discussed telephonically on New Constitutional matter, these are my contribution to Constitution:

(1) A very person in South Africa wether black or white should have a piece of land in South Africa for his dwelling and tilling of the ground.

(2) The 87% of the land which was forcefully taken from our African ancestors from the Colonialists and Nationalist Government should should be distributed to our African masses without negotiation, as the land was taken from them forcefully by the gun.

(3) As African people are landless and just peasants and working class - the New Constitution should empower blacks to participate heavily in economics and in running the economy. Blacks should own small, medium and territeriary industries, they should make economic decisions. viz those who want to become farmers or fisherman should do so. We shouldn’t all be forced to become working lcass because we are blacks without land and economic musle. I voted for our President Mandela but I don’t have any economical muscle, I can’t make economic decisions in my own country. The blacks should be entertained in the Constitution to have economic power. Land was dispossed from us and now we possess land and participate heavily in economic affairs of our land.

We aquired a democratic elected Government but we havent aquired economic control - we have inherited a house without food, the whole food is with the National Party. We must get that food for our people who are homeless and starving to death with no form of education.

4. In 1991 I wrote a letter to the Minister of Agriculture Mr Van Niekerk for a loan so that I should become a farmer or a fisherman; there was no reply simply because I am a black man, if I was a white, I would have been helped, can you please assist me in this matter I want to become a farmer and a fisherman; can you assist me on this matter as well as to process me.

How ever I would like to make an appointment with you and some one from your side.

Please reply - and forward my proposal.
