QUESTION OF SANCO

I think the state President should resolve the issue that affect SANCO and the ANC in the township as we are coming an local election this can be discussed with SANCO President. This should be done because all parties would be contesting an local election and we don't know which organisation would win the local election. If it is other organisation which is not leading the government e.g. ANC, it means that they must work together with the members of the parties that had loose the local election to prevent clashes within the township e.g. as how the township can be ruled without discriminating. Then we as local government all must choose a delegate that would carry our grievances to the government e.g. local finance, local security and employment. Administration must have security guards that would help the public. Services must be supplied to all people an township local laws be drafted with the local Magistrate if possible the station commander of that area because is the one who will assist with manpower or crime investigation. The Mayor must address grievances of all the community including those who had nothing in case of death.

Local Safety

The mayor should see that the local people are protected from dangerous visitors which come to cause trouble in that township e.g. committing serious crime with the help of local criminals if are any the police act against such thing accordingly Mayors can also work hand in hand regarding local problems that affect their townships. Corruption, briberies must be avoided from the beggining. Small Businesses and Factories should be brought next to township if there are such factories that can be build.

Provincial safety

This must be taken into consideration if possible e.g. gangsterism from one province to another to cause chaos to still from that province and regard that the law can't take place if you are at your province. Police are dowing one job crime and Safety and the ons working on all grievances, as one police force. Those members of the Police who misbehave themselves must be charged e.g. arresting criminals. Road Block should be conducted with the help of the SADF. The SADF and the Police on that Province should work hand in hand e.g. on township violence and in searching for the arms which are illegally

Local elections

People must be disturbed to participate on local elections. This can be conducted on schools, townhall under the help of the S. African Police and the SADF.

Members of Parliament

The president has the right to dismiss and appoint new Ministers of that had commited serious crime e.g. corruption even a state president himself can be prosecuted if he or she commited of serious crime or even dismissed e.g. to maintain dignity of the parliament. Even the premiers on provincial government and their MP's.
The President must see that on Provincial government there is no complain that would affect the National government.

Social Workers

At this stage the social workers must work hand in hand with the police e.g. on child abuse homeless and those who need serious government help.

Government Administration

This must be conducted in such a way that corruption is avoided e.g. briberies for issuing of certificate or other qualification

How local election can be conducted

My suggestion is that briberies for support to contest an local election must be avoided. People should vote for the one whom he or she believe would serve the interest of all community. People should vote on that date on papers provided with the name and organisation that he represent. e.g. to clarify who had worn the election on local government

Tape and Videos of the past.

This must be on a safe place e.g. for further reference e.g. in the case of massacre and other videos that would affect the government or those serious crimes. Any video tape can be re....

National Peace Accord

Terms and Stipulations of the National Peace accord must be revised e.g. not affect on the part of the safety. The year in which was sign for further investigation if there is any serious crime which had been commited.
The constitution must be written in such a way that would affect the Peace accord. Board of inquiry can be formed to investigate terms of the accord and give evidence to the constitutional court for discussion and solution this can involve different political parties e.g. Reconstruction

CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES

I think it can be draw with the views of all political parties including no political parties and the individuals so that the members who are working there can come up with the solution that would help all the Citizen of R.S.A. by picking up factors

which are more important and that can bee see as factors which had bring changes on those laws of the regime and new or old act can be supplied. My suggestion is that act can be changed according to changes or Act be lived as it is and change the terms of it because it favour the whites before. Have it must favour RES. Citizen.

Land issues

It is still unquestionable have to restore it as it is now owned by white farmers. The government can take decision about this together with Farmers union, how can Black farmers be retained their land e.g. I think this can be done by sharing with the farmers and must be give small farm for them catiles. People who are residing on farms must be looked at because they have taken part in the elections e.g. Monthly income and certain important sources.

As this accord was sign most by Police members but not having a clear picture about it. May be its terms were harsh no one nows. The accord I think must have a full support of African countries even international community. Members of Peace accord should work hand in hand e.g. to keep peace to avoid crimes commited on particular country and to another country. Police and Defence forces can see to it that such cases are treated with the help of that particular country. As we are looking for changes in RSA and it mustn't be the change that take others particulars e.g. on government administration. Contesting about people to be checked to certain possessions on public places must be adressed if the problems of township that wasn't to fall under certain province because of their grievances which are not attended they must be given a chance to choose which province they would get everything for them only. This can be done in order to secure the provincial powers being taken by force by the affected parties and that would prevent gangsterism against security and safety of that province. Borders must be safe to serve Peace Accord

And I would be very much glad

Another issue is that of chemicals that used to polute the air, rather which are dangerous affect people's lives.

Air polution must be avoided, strict regulations must be applied on dangerous chemicals. Another issue is that pleas can I meet a delegate from the IFP, ANC, NP.

Another issue that must be looked at is that of Presidential and deputies. In South Africa is not clear because we regard the leader of the winning party as a President and the party that followed as his deputy President e.g. if President is on visit on outside countries it is not clear who is leading the government and the issue of the G. N. U. and right wing movement which become serious and the state President of the past government must assist in dealing with the issues of the past, and to ring about changes in the new government.

Lady Sport

Big soccer teams etc. I suggest that they can also form teams that would contest at large as it happens on First division and seek for sponser ship.

Disturbing the media

If the police fail to protect the Media then they must seek help even from the SADF as we are looking on freedom of speech, press movement over expression with being disturbed.
