Thanks for the moment I got to offer my opinions to the constitutional talk.

I have got this as my suggestion which I propose should be looked into in the new constitution. This concerns the formation of a legislation that shall binds all parents in their children's education. It has been proved beyond doubt that parents are not involved in the education of their children. They don't even border about any progress or problems encountered by their children at schools as they hope teachers should be the only body to see what to do about them. As such I suggest that let the new constitution make provision for law which would urge parents to force or to encourage their children to attend schools and to do as expected. this will in my opinion eliminate the ever increasing crimes as I think this is done by children belonging to ignorant parents.

Secondly, I appeal to the government not to overlook the question of witchcraft which is sweeping away lives of many people. the government should admit that South Africa is a multicultural country with different traditions. The fact that witchcraft exists is inevitable, it is really there. What I suggest is that the government should not just discourage all evils done to a suspect, but should come with a mechanism on what should be the next step to be taken to a person who is said to be a witch may-be after it has be traditionally proved beyond doubt that such a person is a witch.

Thirdly, I would like to caution the government of national unity which I regard as legitimate that economically we say, man's wants are limitless whereas the means to satisfy them are limited. This is to say there is in no way that the government could do to satisfy all our wants, as such the only satisfaction that we want is the equitable distribution of the national income. People are complaining about disparity in incomes which appears to be a problem in all sectors of the South African economy. As such I appeal to this new constitution not to overlook this issue because people may lose confidence in this government.

Lastly, I propose that our government should start to encourage decentralisation of industries as it is the only way of curbing urbanisation which brings about over population/over crowding leading to high crime rate. In my opinion I suggest that the RDP should start from rural areas in full force thereby creating job opportunities. In this way people would prefer to work near their homes and avoid this unnecessary over concentration.

Hoping that my opinions shall reach your consideration.
