Fundamental Rights

I will be glad if you pay attention to the following aspects in the Constitution of South Africa. I am glad to say that I fully support the rights that protect us as South African citizen. Chapter 9: Every person shall have the right to live. I am especially pleased with that.

I am also glad to see that the constitution protects all human rights. Every person have the right to live. I stand by that, but their are some people and their community who kill innocent people and their are not properly deld with that. I think that this people must be brouth before trial and they must be given a punishment.

Chapter 8 verse 1. Every person shall have the right to equality before the law and to equal protection of the law. But their are times that I find that some people in our community are not equally dealth with. Some times they call the police and they took hours to come, some times they even stay away.
