We ask that the restrictions be
removed from the benefits of the workers.
On behalf of all workers, I say
all workers should be given all their benefits there and then if they go out on
pension or sick pension.
Their Blue Card money (UIF) must be prepared while
these people are still serving notice, instead of letting these people come back
all the way from the homelands, looking for this UIF money. They waste a lot of
money on transport, looking for their benefits.
This money cannot also be sent
to them because of mismanagement of this money. We want that when a person
leaves his employment,
all the monies due to him should be deposited in his bank
account.
