Dear. S i r,
With regard to what was said in the "Ilanga"
newspaper. under. the heading, "Invitation +or sltbmissions," I have this
suggestion
to make; The COLtntr.y's existence depends
an
1. education.
2. employment
3. businesses
4.
economy
all inclusive.
My suggestion is that departments should have their
own funds to help People to study. When the beneficiaries complete their
University
degrees they should go back.: to those departments.
When someone,
a company or a state department, needs a person qualified in a certain field,
they will have to approach that department
that sent that person to the
University. It Must be known where a certain qualified type of a person can be
found.
