FAMILY COURT BEFORE JUDGE TOLMAY

TERM 2: WEEK 3

24 April 2023 - 28 April 2023

1.     Kindly find hereunder the Family Court roll before Judge Tolmay.

2.     Judge Tolmay has been provided with her roll:

2.1            no practitioner may/will be able to file any further documents and if any documents are filed without her express permission, the matter will automatically be removed from the roll;

2.2            practitioners are to note that the bundles have already been frozen. If the link is not received at this stage, or not populated, the matter will not be heard.

3       Inform writer hereof as soon as possible of any settlements and withdrawals/removals.

4       All family law urgent applications are to be uploaded to Court Online and Judge Tolmay’s secretary notified timeously. The matter will then be allocated further. An allocation does NOT mean that the matter is considered sufficiently urgent to hear on the merits. Submissions will need to be made regarding the grounds of urgency.

5       All hearings will take place in open court and will commence on Monday 24 April 2023 at 10h00.

6       The general Family Court Directives are to be STRICTLY complied with.

7       Kindly circulate this directive to all necessary parties.
