1.               Unopposed motion matters will be heard in open Court 4E at 10:00

2.               Introduction will be conducted in Judges chamber 10 minutes before court.

3.               Parties are requested to bring their proposed copy of draft order to

court.

4.               In order for the court to consider the matter, parties should ensure that the pleadings, Practice Note, Notice of Set down and Draft Court Order are uploaded onto Case-lines. The Draft Court Order should set out the date of hearing, Judge’s name (i.e PHOOKO AJ), court 4E and name and details of Counsel/Practitioner and those of the instructing attorney should appear at the end of the draft.

5.               Counsel/Practitioners should be robed.
