1.    Kindly find hereunder the full Family Court roll for the week of 17 to 21 April 2023.

2.         Kindly note that Judge Janse van Nieuwenhuizen is the senior judge for this week.

3.         Judge Neukircher will circulate her allocated roll in due course.

4.         The matters will be frozen and no further documents will be permitted.

5.         Inform writer hereof as soon as possible of any settlements and withdrawals/removals.

6.         All hearings will take place in open court and will be heard per the circulated allocation.

7.         The Family Court Directive is to be STRICTLY complied with (same is attached hereto for ease of reference).

8.         Kindly circulate this directive to all necessary parties.
