DIRECTIVES FOR THE JUDICIAL CASE MANAGEMENT MEETING, SETTLEMENT AND DEFAULT JUDGEMENT COURT ON 11 – 14 APRIL 2023 BEFORE DAVIS J

 

The settlement and default judgment court before Judge Davis for

11 – 14 APRIL 2023 will be run as follows:

 

1.    Judge Davis hear all the Judicial Case Management Meeting, Settlement and Default Judgment roll in open court, Court 6F at the High court.

 

2.    All matters must be on Caselines

 

3.     Practitioners are requested to bring copies of the suggested draft orders and the settlement agreements to court.
