UNOPPOSED MOTION COURT BEFORE JUDGE NEUKIRCHER

Monday, 3 April 2023 and Wednesday, 5 April 2023

 

·         Once the roll is available Judge Neukircher will access the matter using Caselines.

 

·         The roll for Monday and Wednesday will be available once Ms Nair receives it.

 

·         The roll is closed 1 week before hearing date and no documents may be uploaded without the express permission of Judge Neukircher – failure to do so will result in the matter being removed from the roll.

 

·         All necessary documentation is to be filed on Caselines.

 

·         No submissions on Caselines are permitted –any submissions are to be made in open court.

 

·         If documents are uploaded without permission the matter will be struck from the roll and costs will be disallowed.

 

·         Any matter that is settled, postponed or removed from the roll must be communicated to Ms Nair and a draft order to that effect must be emailed to NNair@judiciary.org.za

 

·         Only 1 copy of the draft order is handed up and if you mention an annexure in your draft order, please attach said annexure to your draft when it is handed up.

 

OPEN COURT:

 

·         All matters will be heard in open court.

 

·         Court will start promptly at 09h30 (foreclosure matters will only be heard after10h00).

 

ORDERS:

 

·         All draft orders handed up must contain the Judge’s name, date and roll number.

 

·         Granted orders will be uploaded on Caselines.

 

·         It is the responsibility of the attorneys to ensure that the order reflects the correct information.
