NOTICE REGARDING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE JUDGE PRESIDENT’S DIRECTIVES DEFAULT JUDGMENT COURT BEFORE ACTING JUDGE MTSWENI

 

1.            All matters will be heard in open court

 

2.            The parties are requested to file practice notes, short heads of argument not more than 10 pages. The practice note must address, the nature of the matter, the issues to be adjudicated, the evidence to be relied upon, whether there will be a need for oral evidence and the expected duration of argument and/or address.

 

3.            The heads of argument and the practice note, must be filed by not later than 17h00 today the 24th March 2023.

 

4.            The parties must also upload proposed draft order and bring two copies thereof to court on the date of the hearing
