DIRECTIVE: DEFUALTS JUDGEMENT 24 MARCH 2023

 

1.      Kindly be advised all matters will be heard in open court 6C at 10:H00

 

2.       Parties are requested to bring their proposed 2 copies of the draft orders to court.

 

3.       In order for the court to consider your matter, parties should ensure that the pleadings, Practice Note, Notice of Set down and Draft Order are uploaded onto Case- lines. The Draft Order should set out the date of hearing, Judge’s name (i.e Kehrhahn AJ) and the manner in which the matter will be heard (i.e Court 6C), and name and details of Counsel/Practitioner and those of the instructing attorney should appear at the end of the draft.
