TRIAL INTERLOCUTORY COURT BEFORE JUDGE NEUKIRCHER WEEK 6

20 to 24 February 2023

1. The judge will dispose of the matters on the papers as uploaded on Caselines therefore no appearance is necessary unless further elaboration is required.

2. Should further elaboration be required Ms Nair will send an MS Teams link to the necessary parties to join virtual court proceedings a day before the matter is to be heard.

3. Only matters that require submissions will receive a link.

4. Kindly ensure that NNair@judiciary.org.za is invited to your matter – in the event that she is not invited kindly send an email to confirm same.

5. All granted orders will be uploaded on Caselines.

6. All matters on the roll will be electronically endorsed by Ms Nair.
