1. All matters before DE VOS AJ for the rest of the week of 13-17 FEBRUARY 2023 have moved to online hearing via MS TEAMS.

2. Parties must please have regard to Caselines where the court will indicate if parties do not need to appear and their matter will be decided on the papers.

3. All matters set down for hearing today, 13 FEBRUARY 2023 are stood down until tomorrow 14 FEBRUARY 2023, subject to any notes on Caselines.

5. During the virtual proceedings the following shall be adhered to:

5.1. Matters will be called in accordance with the order of roll.

5.2. If a counsel is appearing in more than one matter on the roll, counsel is to call all the matters she/he appears in, in order to finalize counsel’s roll as expeditiously as possible and for counsel to be excused from the court.

5.3. Matters where there is no appearance will be recalled at the end of the roll, if there is still no one in appearance then it will be struck from the roll.

5.4. Parties are to join the virtual meeting at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement time of their matter as indicated on the roll.

5.5. Kindly refrain from sitting near windows as the light may be distracting on the video feed.

5.6. Cameras must be turned off and microphones muted unless making submissions.
