1. Kindly be advised that the proceedings will be in open court. Please see the day roll, on the morning of the 14th of Feb 2023 for the allocated court room.

2. The proceedings will proceed virtually via MS Teams.

3. The admissions will be done first and the appeal thereafter.

4. An addition section must be created on Caseline named ‘Contact Details’. In it must appear a document, in word format, that has the email addresses and contact details of counsel, and in the case of an admission the applicants’ details by no later than Friday 10 Feb 2023 at 12H00.

5. Re: the admissions, contact particulars in the document referred to in paragraph 3 above will be used for sending the Oath to be taken by the Applicants on admission. Applicants are to make sure that after admission, the signed Oath is sent back to the Registrar to the addresses appearing in the heading and below of this directive.

6. The Applicants in the admission must ensure that the documents are filed on Caseline and available for the Judges’ perusal.

7. Any and all correspondence via email must include the number on the roll, the party/s and the case number.
