1.    The judicial case management will be decided on the papers only. There is no need for any appearances.

2.    The Form 10 must be loaded, at least 2 (two) days before the matter is on the roll, unto Caseline for the Judge to consider certifying it.

3.    Late filling will not be excepted.

DIRECTIVE FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENTS

4.    The default judgments will be heard virtual on MS Teams starting at 10H00.

5.    Counsel are required to appear and should be properly robed for the appearance.

6.    A link will be sent the morning of the day the matter is placed on the roll to the particulars reflexing on the practise notes. The link will also appear on Caseline on the notes section.

7.    Witnesses must be ready and available, if needed, to testify on the virtual platform.
