DIRECTIVES FOR THE UNOPPOSED MOTION COURT ON 24 and 26 JANUARY 2023 BEFORE DAVIS J

The unopposed motion courts before Judge Davis for Tuesday 24 January and 26 January 2023 will be run as follows:

1.     Judge Davis hear all the unopposed motion roll in open court, Court 6D at the High court.

2.     All matters must be on Caselines

3.       Practitioners are requested to bring copies of the suggested draft orders and the settlement agreements to court.
