DIRECTIVES FOR THE URGENT APPLICATIONS FOR 11 - 15 JANUARY 2021 BEFORE DE VOS J AND DAVIS J

The judges will distribute their roll individually.

All matters will be heard in open court, unless otherwise ruled by the judge upon joint, motivated application by the parties for remote hearing, for which purpose they must furnish all their email addresses for invitations to MS Teams.

Settlements and removals can be mentioned at any time prior to the allocated dates and times.

Practitioners must also have regard to the separate notes added on Caselines by the Judge prior to the hearing of their matters.

Counsel and attorneys need otherwise only appear on the allocated dates and times of their ma tters.
