1 . My humble
suggestion is that any volkstad structure should provide equal rights for all S
African legal subjects, without reservation
for a speciaifew; for were all the
Volk of S Africa.
CONSTITUTION: UNITARY STRUCTURE
1. My
humble suggestion follows that large body favouring a unitary structure for new
S Africa and no federalism.
2. Seccesion should go down as
subversion.
3. Any amendment to suggestion is (1) above should be
approved by a majority of 3/4, followed by a referendum.
