Citizen Contribution: J Capell [1995] ZAConAsmRes 797 (13 February 1995)

13th February 1995

Dear Sir,

May I state the following points to consider when drawing up the new Constitution.

I believe firm lawn with adequate sentences should be considered for the lawlessness which currently prevails In our country. I believe that certain human rights are forfeited when one commits crimes - especially of

"carious nature - against ones follow man and society. Discipline and

Love are two sides of the some coins we cannot have one without the other

Morality should also be a high priority - massage parlors, permissive behaviour, urinating in public etc. all appear to be the norm nt present and our children are growing up In thie climate of low morality and violence.

I thank you for reading my letter and may God be with you and guide you In the tack ahead.

Yours faithfully,

MRS J CAPELL
