Dear Sir, Duiiah Omar

I am a Std 9 Muslim pupil schooling at the Roshnee Secondary School. Living in the new South Africa I find that crime is increasing rapidly. I think murderers, rapist, thieves and drug muggers should have strict laws against them.

I strongly feel that the Islamic law should be enforced in our country. Thieves should have their hands chopped off so hat they cannot steal again! Murderers have been walking away with murder and all they pay is a few thousand rands bail.

They should have a court case and once they are found guilty they should have a public death sentence! My feelings towards murderers, rapists and drug muggers are very cold, fore they have caused a lot of pain in my country.

Yours sincerely

Hasiena Hassen (Miss)
