I would like to make my suggestion about the drafting
of our New Constitution. My suggestion is based on the following:-
A.
BIGAMY MARRIAGES
I know that in the past, law did not regard these
marriages as lawful, but I suggest that these marriages be regarded as such, and
when a woman is married in such a custom, she must be given all the benefits of
a married woman and be issued with a marriage certificate.
This has been a
custom to almost all the black people.
B. THE WOMAN'S RIGHT ABOUT HER
BODY
On this point, I would suggest that a woman should not be prevented from
doing whatever she wants with hen body, as long as she does
not harm
herself.
