Dear Sir/Madam
As a
christian in this country I am very happy that apartheid has been abolished and
I believe in the democracy which is being formed
in this nation. I am, however
concerned about a few issues which are to become part of the
constitution.
- . Freedom
of Speech - I do not believe that the media should be allowed to display what it
pleases at the expense of certain groups,
and feel that censorship regarding
pornography should not be removed.
- Sexual
Orientation - I am against the trend of treating homosexual relationships on the
same basis as heterosexual relationships and
am opposed to homosexual
marriages.
3. Abortion/Right to Life - I believe life
begins at conception and that each child deserves that right. I am opposed to
abortion
on demand and the right to choose being entrenched into the
constitution.
I hope and pray that you will take these points into
consideration and thank you for
your time.
