Dear Sir/Madam

As a christian in this country I am very happy that apartheid has been abolished and I believe in the democracy which is being formed in this nation. I am, however concerned about a few issues which are to become part of the constitution.

  1. . Freedom of Speech - I do not believe that the media should be allowed to display what it pleases at the expense of certain groups, and feel that censorship regarding pornography should not be removed.

  1. Sexual Orientation - I am against the trend of treating homosexual relationships on the same basis as heterosexual relationships and am opposed to homosexual marriages.

3. Abortion/Right to Life - I believe life begins at conception and that each child deserves that right. I am opposed to abortion on demand and the right to choose being entrenched into the constitution.

I hope and pray that you will take these points into consideration and thank you for
your time.

Yours sincerely

VICTORIA TAFFERNER
(Concerned Christian)
