May I congratulate the power that
be on inviting he public to partake in forming the New Constitution. If it is
founded on such a
footing of co-operation, I feel it can never fail to
succeed.
The whole world recognises that the result of our april
elections were an extraordinary miracle. If our future can be built on the
same
spirit of tolerance and compromises, South Africa could lead as an example to
the whole continent and beyond in strife torn
areas.
