Dear Sir

Sir, my proposals to the new constituion to be drafted very soon is this, firstly is abortion. I think abortion should be legalised so as to end street-children, children without parents or guardians and these drug-addicted (end of page 1) and drug abused children.

Second is education, we the Africans we are taught third grade education. We want first grade education like the whites. We want highly professional teachers not this peresent ones who are incapable of saying even one constructive sentence in English and remember that English is the subjects medium in all schools within the new South Africa. I think before a teacher can be employed he or she must be interivewed so as to get a right selection. Teachers with Std 8 and PTC or Std 1 0 with PTC must be (end of page 2) given study leave to up-grade their qualifications. There are many qualified diploma teachers who are roaming our townships throught the year. Those unproductive teachers are say to them enough is enough.

My last point is courts of law. According to my experience courts are not exercicing the right laws, they are only there for business. People commiy serious crimes but becuase their plenty monies they given bail or charged the amount they suggest will satisfy their (end of page 3) needs. I think crime is crime; there is no person who is or can by law because he or she is a multi-millionaire, if he or she is to be sentenced to prison for such period not saying that I will pay such an amount and went free.

I pray you the people who are going to draft our constitution should ask God so as
to avoid irregularities.

Yours sincerely

MATHINYA MALETE
