Firstly I would like to make it clear I have for years supported that all people have a right to all things God has created.

I have been staying in the above residential area for the last 5 years and upto about 6 months ago it was a pleasure. I stay opposite a park aswell as next to a shopping centre. Lately over week-ends it has become a haven for those not working and for domestic workers too with their partners to gather around in the afternoons which is all verywell but when they start having loud music leaving their litter, paperbasgs, beer bottles etc. on the ground although their are dustbins.

I have spoken more than once to a few to please pick-up their mess as it blows into our garden aswell as leaving the park in a mesh. This long week-end it was a disaster I had to phone the Parow police twice which they can varify. After they came out the police lady was insulted, her hair pulled and it was a complete mochery of the system, which in term is a mockery of the government because they represent the government. Stricter rules should be laid down with regards to leaving bottles, litter in parks. What will the tourists think when they see this. You do not find squatting infront of government homes.

Why don't they introduce Kabutz like in Israel where people are taught to work, build up their own gardens, vegtables etc. If the Government of the day does not lay down stronger rules we might aswell turn S.A. into a slum because some people have disregard for discipline aswell as having self respect. Therefore they should be put into work to let them gain self respect for themselves aswell as other peoples property. I do not wish to be a police officer in this new S.A. they are treated like dirt which I have seen with my own eyes. Today I woke up with a lady squatter squatting right infront of the doctors practice, opposite my house I do not know whether she is being put upto it,

I spoke to her as she had a little boy with her and told her the welfare would take the child away if they saw this.
She ignored me. I told her to go to coloured affairs dept. for help but she still ignored me.

Secondly it has become a pain to go to a shop wherever you go you have the alcoholics/squatters forcing you to a parking and you have to pay them although you have to pay for the parking area aswell. If you do not, variably your car has got a scratch on or some damage is made to it. What a sick New S.A. this is. Does the new government of the day want all working class people to leave this beautiful country and let it turn into a third world. Why do they not have Bobby policemen like in England to footpatrole which will create work for some.

Thirdly Dr. Zuma wants to create this new medical system but who ends up paying again, the working class, which is grippeling the country with more and more people leaving because of rising cost of living. She means well. Why don't they stop handing out golden handsake/pension to ministers, which the old government was critized for and the new government is also doing for minister that have not even done six months work and use that money for Medical. Also stop going overseas by now all countries know what S.A. needs are and if they really wanted to assist would have done so already and stop wasting the tax payers money on such expenses and use it for the above.

Why should Government officials earn such fantastic salaries when most of the time they get collected to go to work, therefore do not have to spend any money on travelling and others perks which the normal person has to cough up every month to survive. Our system has not really changed has it?
