I like to suggest on the following issues

Education I

The Minister of Education must address the grievences of the teachers including students with the help of the President if necessary. Those who qualify for pension I think they must be given their pensions. More teachers must be ..., and he must look at false certificate from his dept that would affect other dept. Student certificate must have ID numbers or temporary ID numbers that would appear on his or her ID back. Other issues that we must looked at is the recorrection of exam papers e.g year written even if there are exams on his Dept he can consult the Commission of SAPS for assistance. Teachers salaries must be looked at. Strikes by Teachers must be condemed e.g to delay students for their strikes. Students must be encouraged to wear school uniform. Those who use false certificate drastic measures must be taken against them to avert corruption within the government Dept.

I think education must be equal to all provinces within the R.S.A.

Sexual abuse on Government Dept II

People must be treated equally at working places according to their possision. Justice must be done against those who committed sexual abuse. Male and female of the RSA ... must be treated equally according to their possittions. Females who get skill must be given apportunity to occupy higher positions e.g. Education qualification.

Justice III

I suggest that justice must be taken against members of government who committed crimes, offences, to have a respectable government. Relations ... government matters and selfdefence unit must be ... e.g MP who still believing to get protection from self defence units, e.g dignity of parliament.

Self Defence Unit IV

My suggestion that the self defence unit is that they must be incorporated to the SADF - those who got Matric or Std 8 or SADF assistance or be incorporated to the SAPS those who get Matric no matter which organisation are you from and they must be allowed to hand over their firearms to the SAPS. Certain sycological tests must be given to them. Those who committed serious offences in the past must be brought forward, no matter which organisation you are from.

Police and the SADF

Police and the SADF must not take any influence from the public which is bad that would bring the image of the security into lower standard than before. They must operate freely with the help of the public when ever is necessary. e.g community policing not (spying)

SAPS

The Minister of Safety and Security must should take decision together with the Minister of Justice against Members who misbehave themselfs. Police salary must be taken into consideration. Police should investigate every charge layed by the Public not to ... increase whereas the Public is still complaining about the cases which are reported and withdrawn without consulting the complainant. I suggest that each an every charge layed by the Public whether serious or not must be investigated and the suspect be brought to court. Only the Magistrate who will decide whether is guilty or not. Discrimination by members of the Police on Public must be condemned e.g x is a Zulu and he or she layed a charge on those members. Z and Z refuse to take his charge because off discrimination. Members who misbehave themselves at working place drastic measures must be taken against them.
Ather issue is the Matriculant and those who didn't have Matric e.g concernings salaries and those who got diplomas. Those Matriculant must be recruited boys or girls to the New Police Service.

Health Dept

The government should ... in health Dept e.g candidates of hospital. Foreign doctors and ... which are not acceptable in R.S.A. The government Hospital and Private Clinic must treat people from all Provinces equally without descriminating. e.g life is not descriminating. Staff members must be treated equally according to their possissions. Matriculant boys or girls must be recruited in large numbers or assistance staffing those who got Std 8 if possible.

MUSIC

The government should ... on Music industries. My suggestion is that, I accept the S. African Music to be the dominating music in S.Africa. Radio and TV must be arranged to play S.African Music on Different Proggrames and different time. The recording companies must give ... and every one who want to show himself a chance. We must look at Buble gum music something which is meaningless. The government should take steps against home typing which is killing the Music unless you have your own original and make mix for yourself not others. American, British, and Russion must be played for those who supported it. To look at the quantities of import and export. Money that must be put from ... something outside the countries. "Africa is Lekker" we want those old stuff like Chakachaka ... a choice ... The Russian organisation can asked help from the Traffic corps or police to look for those who exchange with home typing cassets.

Food
Food that is being used by human being must be inspected import or export to avoid ...

POLICE SERVICE I
I think the Police force must be given an oportunity to regroup themselves e.g. intergration ... dealing with crime, upgrading the standard of ..., their salaries, dignity of Police etc. Public help in constructing the new Police force must be taken into consideration e.g. involvement of gangsters with other member of the Police that make the work of the police to come into a stand still. ... ... Police are acceptable but they must be known involvement of Police in Taxi violence. Public help must build the force not to ... it. Public can help the police by reporting crimes not going against members of the force. Ather members of the force are under pressure because of this or the Police force must be given an opportunity to operate freely. Members who had been put on suspension their cases must be looked at. Members who are working with gangsters must be dealt with hurridly, e.g public eyes dignity of the Police Service. Bribaries by members of the Force must be taken into consideration. Members who protest to be member of the force. Justice must be done to prevent violence.

II
Using false name on the media to deprive others from their dignity. Surname used by foreigners when they come into S.Africa e.g Home Affairs Dept using of false surnames by people who are joining the force.
III
Prostitution

The Dept of health must dealt with this issue hurriedly e.g control birth and death rate. Young girls getting children before time e.g. to prevent abortion.

IV
Involvement of Police force with trade unions. I think this must be comdemmed because it was done only for election purposes. Parties are negotiating to new constitution there is a disturbance here and there because of different political differences members of the force must be neutral and it is the time of building the new force. Police should deal with the violence that are arupted here and there without taking any side. Crime prevention and Patrol must be introduced exspecially in Black townships taxi rank.

Treaties

Treaties that have ben sign by the previous government and the present government must be taken into consideration e.g to avoid wounds of the past and can be rectified through negotiation. Agressive policy must be avoided.

Police force

Black members must be promoted to high ranking possission e.g by creating further training ... outside South Africa if possible. The Police should work hand in hand with the SADF Police for investigate corruption involvement with gangsters that result into conflict in the townships take ... if one way.

Borders

Border ... must be ... to give the ... an opportunity that would deal with problems inside the country.

Air ...

Police must be deployed as Air ... to deal what coming in air out, and people from other countries that come to S.Africa illegal e.g dealing with drugs, given something false documents e.g because of different ... in South Africa ,,, are not believing in one policy e.g. ..., Americans, ..., ... must come to the country to help and those who are from African countries.

Domestic Violence

I think the goverment should take this into consideration e.g. prostitution e.g. by ... that kill to death, parents who are not ... must be taught e.g. an ... ... to threat their children e.g. children that are remaining at home with grandfathers and their mothers and brother; parents must not accept bribaries to encourage domestic violence e.g. perpetrators.

Question of the King and the Chiefs

I think the King and the chiefs must organise themselfs from all provinces into one organisation that would deal with their grievences and their followers or to elect the traditional leader that would represent them at national level or question of indepent that is still under debate. if there is such indepent, what about justice, law, terrorism then laws must be implemented to deal with this issues. that lead into conflict sometimes.

Illegal imigration goverment Dept

This must be takening into consideration for the sake off fellow South African who are still unemployed.
High tax that is imposed on Civil Servents must be taken into consideration.

Prisoners

I think the Minister of Justice should work hand in hand with the Dept of Correctional Services to investigate which members must be released or not because of differents of their cases e.g. Minor or Serious Crime or how serious that crime was. To avoid people being realized from Jail and when they are out repeat the same or cause violence outside or had influence that would result into violence.

Police must detaining people more than the stipulated time or detain people because of racialism. Detention with trial to ... the delivery of goverment with the future by member of Police or Security force or goverment official in the future.

I think this can be done with the high judges of S. Africa and the Minister of Justice including Security Generals if possible and MP of Parliament.
