INTERIM ORDER: THURSDAY 22 SEPTEMBER 2011

Having heard argument for the appellant and respondents and pending the final determination of the Appeal,

IT IS ORDERED THAT;

[1.] The sixth respondent is ordered to engage in meaningful negotiations with the first, second, third and fifth respondents with view a to furnishing them and their extended families at present resident at the appellant's premises with

temporary emergency or any other form of accommodation at the latest as from the 13 January 2012.

[2.] The sixth respondent shall together with the legal representatives acting on behalf of the other respondents furnish the court with a written report on the negotiations and the outcome thereof by no later than the 15^th November 2011.
