RULING: APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL

VAN NIEKERK J

[1] This is an application for leave to appeal against the whole of the judgment delivered by this court on 13 December 2016. In its judgment, the court dismissed an application to review a ruling made by the second respondent.

[2] The application for leave to appeal was filed on 6 February 2017. In terms of the Rules, the application ought to have been filed by 6 January 2017. The application is a month late, and there is no application to condone the late filing. In these circumstances, this court has no jurisdiction to entertain the application.

I make the following order:

1.    The application for leave to appeal is dismissed.
