JUDGMENT

DE VOS J: I have considered the application by the applicant for Leave to Appeal against my judgment in this matter.  The present applicant is Ntswaki Joyce Mokone, who was also the plaintiff in the trial matter. After hearing argument on behalf of the applicant as well as the respondents, as they are before me, I am satisfied that no other court will come to a different conclusion as the one I arrived at in my judgement dated 24 November 2015.

Accordingly the application for Leave to Appeal is refused and the applicant is ordered to pay the cost of this application.
