ORDER
BY AGREEMENT between the parties, it is ordered that:
1. The Respondent's decision taken on 3 June 2024 is hereby set aside and remitted back to the Prudential Authority for consideration of Mr Ferreira's representations made on 25 June 2024.
2. It is hereby recorded that the Prudential Authority has undertaken to consider the representations at its meeting of 26 February 2025.
3. There is no order as to costs.
