1.           The application for reconsideration in terms of section 230 of the Financial Sector Regulation Act 9 of 2017 is upheld.

2.            The debarment of the applicant is set aside in terms of section 234(1)(b)(ii) of the Financial Sector Regulation Act 9 of 2017.
