The application for condonation is summarily dismissed. The applicant had 60 days within which to apply. She knew of her rights already on 5 February 2019 (Record p10). The delay is inexcusable.

The applicant may apply to the FSCA in terms of section 13(1)(b)(ii) of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 37 of 2002) for the reappointment of debarred representatives in terms of Board Notice 82 of 2003 (BN 82).
