By agreement between the parties, the following order is made:

1.  The debarment of the applicant by the respondent on 30 November 2022 in terms of Section 14 of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002 is set aside and remitted back to the respondent for further consideration in terms of section 234(1)(a) of the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 9 of 2017.
