APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 230 OF THE FSR ACT 9 OF 2017

 

The determination of the Pension Funds Adjudicator is set aside because it was based on a clerical error. The matter is remitted to the Pension Funds Adjudicator for further consideration in terms of section 234(1)(a) of the FSR Act 9 of 2017.
