APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION I.T.O. SECTION 230 OF THE FINANCIAL SECTOR REGULATION ACT 9 OF 2017

The application for reconsideration is summarily dismissed in terms of sec 234(4) of the FSR Act 9 of 2017 on the ground that it is frivolous.

The so-called decision of the Ombud Council is not a 'decision in relation to a specific person' as understood in sec 218 and 230 nor is the applicant a 'person aggrieved' as understood in sec 230.
