APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 230 OF THE FSR ACT 9 OF 2017

The application for reconsideration is summarily dismissed in terms of sec 234(4) of the FSRA on the ground that it is frivolous.

The applicant cannot be a person fit and proper to be an FSR since he committed tax fraud on a grand scale for many for others against payment of a commission, in total more than R600 000.
