CONSENT ORDER

 

 

BY AGREEMENT between the parties, it is agreed that:

 

1.     The Respondent’s decision taken on 22 November 2022, to decline the Applicant’s Exemption Application dated 11 March 2022, is set aside and remitted to the Respondent for further consideration in terms of section 234(1)(a) of the Financial Sector Regulation Act, No. 9 of 2017.

 

2.     There is no order as to costs.
