APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 230 OF THE FSR ACT 9 OF 2017

The application for reconsideration is summarily dismissed in terms of sec 234(4) of the FSR Act 9 of 2017.

The PFA dismissed the complaint and stated the reason in par 4 of the determination. The attack by the applicant on those reasons have no merit for those reasons, and the Tribunal is not obliged to conduct full hearings under such circumstances.
