APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 231 OF THE FINANCIAL SECTOR REGULATION ACT 9 OF 2017

 

The application for reconsideration of the debarment of the applicant as financial service representative is dismissed in terms of sec 234(4) of the FSR Act 9 of 2017 because it has no merit.

 

There is no evidence of the applicant's rehabilitation - only an allegation.

 

The applicant may in due course consider the provisions of BN 82 of 8 August 2003: Determination of Requirements for Reappointment of Debarred Representatives, 2003.
