APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 230 OF THE FSR ACT 9 OF 2017

The application for reconsideration is dismissed summarily in terms of sec 234(4) of the FSR Act 9 of 2017 because it is frivolous and vexatious, not only because the issue does not fall under the Act, and that the applicant is not an aggrieved person (but one with grievance) but also because the "disclosure" itself is vexatious and brought with an ulterior purpose.
