RECONSIDERATION APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 230 OF THE FINANCIAL SECTOR REGULATION ACT 9 OF 2017

 

 

The parties agree to settle the matter as follows:

 

 

By consent between the parties the debarment is set aside and the matter is referred back to the respondent for further consideration in terms of section 234(1)(a) of the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017.
