Under the powers vested in me by section 50(1) of the Electoral Act, 1992, (Act No. 24 of 1992) I hereby amend Proclamation No. 19 of 1997 of 10 October 1997 by the substitution for the Schedule to that Proclamation of the schedule set out in the Annexure to this Proclamation.
