No.6 DECLARATION OF ADVOCATE BIENCE GAWANAS AS OFFICE-BEARER: MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND OTHER OFFICE-BEARERS PENSIONS ACT, 1990

Under the powers vested in me by section 1(2) of the Members of the National Assembly and Other Office-bearers Pensions Act, 1990 (Act 21 of 1990), I hereby declare Advocate Bience Gawanas, who holds the office of Ombudsman, as an office-bearer for the purposes of that Act with effect from 24 December 1996.
