Under the powers vested in me by section 47(2) of the Medical Aid Funds Act, 1995 (Act 23 of 1995), I hereby determine that Part III ofthatAct shall come into operation on 1 February 1996.

The Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources has under section 32 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1992 (Act 29 of 1992), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE
1. In this Schedule "the Regulations" means the Sea Fisheries Regulations, promulgated by Government Notice 1 of 1993, as amended by Government Notices 2 of 1994, 204 of 1994 and 88 of 1995. The Regulations are hereby amended by the substitution of the following annexure for Annexure Q:
