OFFICE OF THE PRIME MINISTER No. 295 ELECTORAL ACT 1992 NOTIFICATION OF RESULT OF THE BY-ELECTION FOR THE KATIMA MULILO CONSTITUENCY In terms of section 92(1) of the Electoral Act, 1992 (Act 24 of 1992), the following particulars in respect of the by-election for the Katima Mulilo Constituency held on 16 October 1996, are hereby published in the Schedule hereto, as follows (a) in Column 1 of the said Schedule, the total number of votes counted in the constituency with the total number of rejected ballot papers shown in brackets; 1996
