The Council of the Municipality of Outjo under section 73( 1) of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act 23 of 1992), determines the rates payable in respect of rateable property for the financial year ending 30 June 1997 as set out in the Schedule. SCHEDULE 1. Rates on all erven in townships. (a) On the site value of rateble property, N$0,05 per Namibia Dollar of such value per annum. On the improvement value of rateable property, N$O,OO8per Namibia Dollar of such value per annum.

Payment of rates levied. Rates are payable in monthly instalments on or before the fifteenth of each month following the month in which such rates were levied.

Rates in arrear.

The Council of the Municipality of Outjo, under section 30(1)(u) of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act 23 of 1992) further amends the Swimming Bath Regulations promulgated under Government Notice 221 of 1962 by substituting the following for the Schedule of Fees: SCHEDULE OF FEES The Schedule of fees is hereby amended (a) (b) by the substitution in item 1.1.1 for the amount "N$2,00" of the amount "N$3,00", by the substitution in item 1.1.2 for the amount "N$1 ,00" of the amount "N$1 ,50" , by the substitution in item 2.2.1 for the amount "N$100,00" of the amount "N$125,00", by the substitution in item 2.2.2 for the amount "N$lO,OO" of the amount "N$12,50".
